The “Trustees” purpose and intention is to preserve said parcels of land as a restricted neighborhood aka (The Hidden Lake Park Subdivision). To protect the same against certain uses by the adoption of a common neighborhood plan (homeowners association) and scheme of restrictions; to apply that plan and restrictions to all of said land, including every parcel and all “Common Ground” within said residential area in the hands of the present or subsequent owners thereof. To guard and restrict present or future title holders or occupants of all said parcels in the Hidden Lake Park Subdivision and to foster the health, welfare, safety, and morals of all who own or reside in said parcels.

With the support and participation of homeowners, titleholders, and all residents of the Hidden Lake Park Subdivision, the Board of Trustees endeavors to make our neighborhood a safe and welcoming place to live. 

Their motto is, “Good Neighbors Make Great Neighborhoods”.
